Siddarth leads the business side of things at CRTI. With a keen interest in entrepreneurship, finance, technology, business development, and marketing, Siddarth brings a unique blend of strategic foresight and hands-on experience to the team. Siddarth has a Masters degree in Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics & Political Science (LSE) and has passed the level 2 exam of the CFA program.

Dr. Manju Dharman, a distinguished PhD holder in Chemical Engineering, assumes the pivotal role of Head of Research & Development at PCD and CRTI. With a profound background in advanced materials and polymers, she spearheads the research team, prioritizing innovative solutions and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration. Dr. Manju's adeptness in bridging the gap between laboratory research and scalable industrial applications proves indispensable, propelling the group's projects towards triumphant outcomes.
